Ffion Lewis Joins The RT Academy as Guest Coach

Big news for The RT Academy, Ffion Lewis is joining us as a guest coach! Welsh international, Bristol Bears player and all-round standout talent in the game, Ffion brings a wealth of experience, skill and passion for developing the next generation of players. With a deep love for the game and a drive to help others improve, we are delighted to welcome her to The RT Academy coaching team.

Ffion shared her excitement for her upcoming guest coach appointment:

"So excited to be joining The RT Academy as a guest coach. I’m so passionate about developing and inspiring the next generation of players, so I am delighted to share my experience and top tips with The RTA members! I can’t wait to play a part in everybody’s progress."

Ffion’s expertise, energy and insights will be a huge asset to the academy, giving our members the chance to learn from one of the best. Whether it’s game awareness, decision-making or the little details that make all the difference, she’s here to help players take their skills to the next level.

At The RT Academy, we know that a great deal of technical development happens outside the club environment. While team sessions are vital, it’s the extra work, the individual skill development, the mindset shifts, the small refinements, that separate good players from great ones. That’s where The RTA comes in, giving young players access to expert coaching, drills and advice to further their game.

With Ffion on board, members will gain new insights into how top players train, think and approach their game. Her experience at the highest level will help young athletes understand what it takes to own their development and build the habits that lead to long-term success.

Ffion will be working with RTA members in the coming months, sharing her top tips and expert advice to help players fine-tune their skills, improve their decision-making and grow in confidence on and off the field.
